@The Film Panel Notetaker: For those of you that haven't visited Brian's site http://www.thefilmpanelnotetaker.com you should it's a great resource that covers panels and discussions around the art, craft and business of film.
@lance weiler: Your website actually scared me. Note to self - don't wear headphones at 1am while listening to old scary doods speak from flames.
Nice work man - site looks amazing.
@Drawnbypain: I'm a huge comic and graphic novel fan. For my latest feature Head Trauma I was fortunate to have S.R. Bissette of Swamp Thing and Constantine fame ink a comic that used in the film. And the site http://headtraumamovie.com is an interactive comic with things hidden under the surface.
@Anthony Grippa: Way to go prolific,Filmmakers that just keep making film, in the face of opposition, are an inspiration to the rest of us.
@Alexia Anastasio: Alexia, Thanks for the interest I've been slammed, trying to keep up with the promo videos for the Filmmakers Channel project. Doing my part, to help filmmakers get better distribution outlets, that will be the most attractive to viewers.
Check out my blog for more details, (you have to go there to see the videos)

@Alexia Anastasio: Funny you should say that - I have a Booth at Comic Con East. It is my first comic convention.
@Ida Pettersson: Hey Ida. Thanks for helping us out with the fest. Brian and Jamie - Ida will be helping you guys out with Theatrical bookings and filmmaker outreach. Welcome aboard Ida!
new festival partners have come on board this week. Amazon Unbox, Power to the Pixel and DogWoof. Also there is a cool new "call for submission video in the works." We are doing a large press and promotional push next week. If anyone has suggestions on blogs or online outlets to target please drop a comment and let us know.
@arin crumley: The RSS aspect is cool and I'm excited to see how we can use crowdvine to build discussions leading up to the festival and beyond. I also like the way that we can direct comments to each other and that the discussion can appear on the front page.
@lance weiler: Good call lance, Crowdvine seems pretty cool, like that I can put my rss feeds in.
Welcome to the FHTA crowdvine. Our hope is that we can use this to create a sense of community around the upcoming fest.
